Joy is a 1995 Oldenburg (MMB GOV and ISR/OLD) by the well known hunter stallion Jupiter
(Zeus) and is out of the Prix de Nations dressage mare Delft. Delft's sire is the multi-discipline Ouragan du Vouge
aka Rockwell. Joy's grand dam is by the legendary Alme.
Joy has an extensive and impressive show record. She was an over fences winner and hack winner at
WEF over 70 horses. Joy won at some of the most competitive shows on the East coast.
Her foals all have her exceptional temperament and athleticism. Joy foaled a Rio Grande son and
two fillies by Westporte. Rio Mio has been Champion in the Pre-greens and will be headed to the Derby ring in 2012!
